Pleitgen on her own behalf and as trustee for the heirs and next of kin of Mark Richard Pleitgen to recover damages under the uninsured-motorist provisions of a policy issued to her by defendant company and to recover medical expenses under the same policy. The court, Rolf Fosseen, Judge, granted summary judgment determining that plaintiff has a right of recovery under the uninsured-motorist coverage of the policy and that such coverage shall not be reduced by any payment made under the medical expense coverage of said policy.
