Action in the Hennepin County District Court brought by Jean H. Pleitgen on her own behalf and as trustee for the heirs and next of kin of Mark Richard Pleitgen to recover damages under the uninsured-motorist provisions of a policy issued to her by defendant company and to recover medical expenses under the same policy. The court, Rolf Fosseen, Judge, granted summary judgment determining that plaintiff has a right of recovery under the uninsured-motorist coverage of the policy and that such coverage shall not be reduced by any payment made under the medical expense coverage of said policy.
